Training and Experience:
Rachel has over 10 years experience in the skin care field and is a member of the Association of Skin Care Professionals. She attended Santa Monica College School of Cosmetology and studied at the International Dermal Institute in Carson, California for her post graduate training. Rachel has previously worked for Derma Centre and Renaissance Skin Care in Santa Monica and has also worked for various Los Angeles based dermatologists before joining the Face First team. Rachel regularly attends skin care trainings to stay current with new products, technology and discoveries to keep her clients skin looking great.
Practice Philosophy:
Establishing lasting relationships with her clients is only one key component to Rachel's approach to skin care. Education on the importance of high quality Dermalogica products and a Dermalogica home care routine is critical. Rachel believes if you are not going to invest in your home care products and commit to a good home care routine, the benefits of a facial will be fleeting. Home care is essential for beautiful skin.
Why I do what I do:
Rachel has had a passion for skin care for over 20 years. Educating people on taking care of their skin has always been something very important to her.
A little bit about Rachel:
Rachel grew up on the west side of Los Angeles, she is passionate about skin care, advocating for children with specialized learning needs and enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her fluffy Siberian Husky Bodie.
